Due to the recent snow days, February 2nd and 19th will now be regular instructional days. The board will decide at their next meeting how schools will make up for the snow days on January 16th and 17th. If you want to keep your child learning and active while snowed in at home, visit the links section for educational resources. You can also view a list of our sight words for the year by clicking the link at the bottom of the home page. We are currently working on green words, and your child should also remember the red, yellow, and orange word lists. Thank you for supporting your child's learning! Enjoy your snow days!
Valentine's Day
Valentine's day is quickly approaching. Per county policy, we will not be having a party for Valentine's day, but teachers will provide students with a special snack that day. If you would like to send in valentines for your child to pass out, please have your child put his or her name on the "from" line and leave the "to" section blank. (This saves a lot of time when passing them out.) We currently have 20 students in our class.
